During the period before our settling down in Fuga, we always kept ourselves informed, studying and following various seminars (on bee-keeping, oil-production etc.), so that right after our settling down, we were ready to apply the theory we had learned into practice.
Various experiments and studies have helped us complete what we can now present almost perfected.
In the beginning, we applied biological - natural methods, out of mere conscience and motives emerging from our life philosophy and not from any kind of legal restrictions (which is the case for the major percentage of people occupied with biological cultivations). Besides, in Greece there was no law applying to biological production at that time. Biological bee-keeping, for instance, was not recognized as a special method of production before 2003, while we have been working on this type of cultivation since 1993 (see Honey), although back then, due to this reason, we couldn't name our products with the official term "biological bee-keeping".

Fuga Farm is not merely a place of biological products development. It is a place of an alternative way of life, that has as a natural consequence the development of biological products. The Farm is open to visitors -after their getting in contact with us, because, for instance, the spring and the summer period when people prefer to visit the place, is a period of intensive work for us. Of course, this does not render the visits during these periods impossible, it just puts under some control their frequency.
